Over the years I've been a hired gun for quite a few bands, but one of the most memorable has been The Shapeshifters. They have incredible musicians and play some very cool and somewhat obscure cover tunes. This was also the largest band I had played with outside of jazz groups. At one time they had twelve members on stage. They still play quite frequently in Houston. (Photo from Rock Neutney's)
Kenny Borak and I occasionally play for a band called The Grooves from Austin, Texas. They have some fun tunes and always get the crowd going. (Photo at the Kemah boardwalk).
